EMTER Software Engineering and Consulting acts as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. This notice covers personal data processed through our website, contact requests, demo discussions and DigitalPlant promotion processes.
We may process your name, email address, phone number, company information, message content, request subject, transaction security records and limited technical website usage data. We do not request special categories of personal data; please do not include such information in the contact form.

To protect the contact form against abuse, short-lived counters associated with a hashed IP address are kept outside the public website. Counter windows last 15 minutes; expired records are removed when the relevant bucket is next accessed.
